- You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding our software and hardware solutions.
- You handle telephone inquiries and process tickets.
- You independently solve simpler customer inquiries and problems in our software.
- You document solutions and build a knowledge database for colleagues and customers.
- You contribute directly to the further development and improvement of the software.
- You work in a self-organized team and ensure availability for our customers.
You should be/have.
- You are customer-oriented and a strong communicator.
- You have a certain technical affinity and ideally have experience in supporting corporate customers.
- You like to get to the bottom of things and always look for the cause in addition to the solution.
- You are also welcomed as a motivated career changer.
- You round off your profile with very good German and good English skills.
