Our support team usually answers within one working day — available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 5 p.m.
Every employee can use Peakboard Designer to create applications. However, this is usually done by employees who are well versed in the various data sources in the company. You may need administrator permission to install our software, the Peakboard Designer. Depending on the company policy, a non-administrator can also set up the Peakboard Box. However, you usually need a network or IT administrator to integrate the box into the infrastructure.
Our subscription pricing model is particularly transparent and easy to scale. There are no follow-up costs. Depending on interface requirements, there are different product versions. You can find an overview of the versions on our pricing page.
Peakboard is a technology platform and a combined solution of software and hardware. With the free Peakboard Designer, our software, you can set up, test and simulate your project in preview mode in advance without functional or time restrictions. To display your dashboard anywhere on the monitor, you need the appropriate Peakboard Box subscription, which includes the requested interfaces.
