Every employee can use Peakboard Designer to create applications. However, this is usually done by employees who are well versed in the various data sources in the company. You may need administrator permission to install our software, the Peakboard Designer. Depending on the company policy, a non-administrator can also set up the Peakboard Box. However, you usually need a network or IT administrator to integrate the box into the infrastructure.
Many systems offer APIs or standard interfaces. Our extensions and team are happy to help you with the integration.
The exchange is carried out through our support team. Defective devices are returned for analysis and, if possible, repaired sustainably.
You can freely configure the update — from real-time to multi-day intervals, depending on demand and source.
