When a problem is reported, the Peakboard application sends a signal to a department manager’s pager, who can acknowledge the message and provide feedback that the problem is being addressed. These real-time notifications allow problems to be identified and resolved quickly, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency. In addition, all incidents are stored long-term, e.g. in Peakboard Hub or in your own database, to later eliminate the biggest causes of waste.
