Our innovative solution makes the washing process extremely user-friendly and efficient. It is seamlessly integrated into the car wash’s PLC via various protocols such as MQTT, OPC UA or the direct PLC protocols from Siemens, Mitsubishi or Beckhoff.
The process begins with the purchase of a code at the counter. All codes can be found in the Peakboard Hub list. The customer enters the code received at the touch terminal, with an automatic cross-check automatically performed using the Peakboard Hub list to ensure maximum security.
While the wash program is running, the progress at the input terminal is displayed simultaneously on a monitor in the wash system and at the checkout. This ensures a clear overview of the current status of the washing process. All machine data recorded during the wash process is automatically stored centrally in Peakboard Hub. This provides the service station with a comprehensive database for future problem analysis and ensures optimal operation of the car wash.
When leaving the car wash, the driver receives a reminder to reattach the antenna and fold out the side mirror. Now they can safely leave the car wash. With Peakboard, you combine efficiency, safety and transparency to make car care as smooth as possible for drivers.
