Your tasks.
- You support our prospects through the entire buyer’s journey and thus ensure the development of a long-term customer relationship.
- You maintain existing key accounts for sustainable customer retention and exploitation of existing cross- and upselling potentials.
- You will be responsible for providing technical advice and support to customers and prospects on the implementation and use of our solution.
- You handle 2nd level support requests from customers and partners.
- As an intermediary you take over the technical and sales pre-sales consulting.
- You are the voice of your customers: With the help of your input, product development continuously improves our products.
- You love customer contact and also like to check in on them virtually or in person.
You should be/have.
- You have a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering or business administration with a technical background or comparable training, e.g. as an IT specialist.
- You bring professional experience in the B2B environment (at least 2 years).
- Your demeanor towards customers and prospects is confident.
- You have a broad and up-to-date IT know-how and your heart beats for digital products and technologies.
Of course, you also bring enthusiasm and the motivation to drive the company’s success forward in a dynamic team. - You have very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
